Every BRULO is brewed alcohol free from the first day of the brew, not stripped back at the end. We brewed hundreds of recipes and binned every one that tasted like a substitute for something else. What is left is the range. Beer for the modern world.
The founder
I started BRULO because I could not find an alcohol free beer I wanted a second one of. That turned out to be a very high bar. So we brewed hundreds of recipes and refined every one of them in collaboration with our biggest fans, tasting and reworking together until nobody could pick a fault. What is in the range today is what survived that.
